Our Thanksgiving Pace scheduled for November 30, 2024 is CANCELLED (it is not being rescheduled). Last week's snow and today’s rain, with more in the forecast, has made the field unusable for trailer parking along with causing poor trail conditions. See you next season!

This pace is part of the Virginia Martin Memorial Pace Series. The winners will be determined by the highest points accumulated across at least three of the Fall Windy Hollow Hunt & Quiet Creek Hunter Paces.

Event Details

• Divisions: Open, Novice, and Hilltopping

• Jumping: Optional, with go-arounds at all jumps

• Awards: Ribbons awarded to the top six in each division

• Entry Fees: $60 for adults, $35 for juniors

• Tailgating: Welcome until 3:30 PM (fields close at that time)

Requirements:

• Helmets are mandatory

• Please bring a current Coggins certificate

• Riders under 18 need a parental or trainer signature on their entry form

How to Register

1. Download and Complete the Entry Form

   • Each rider should complete their own form. If you’re riding as part of a team, please list your team members to ensure you stay together.

   • All team members must be in the same division.

2. Submit Your Entry Form

   • Email the completed form to quietcreek@optimum.net.

   • You will receive an email confirmation with your assigned team number.

3. Payment and Coggins on Event Day

   • Payments are due at the registration table in the pole barn after you’ve parked your trailer.

   • Payment can be made by cash (exact amount, please) or check made payable to Quiet Creek Stable LLC.

Pre-registration is required by Thursday, November 28th. Day-of entries will not be accepted.
